Room Block Rate: The room rate is $319 per night + $25 nightly resort fee for single occupancy ($40 for double occupancy) + taxes. There is a 2 night minimum stay requirement over the peak event dates to book a room in the block. A non-refundable deposit in the amount of the full room and tax for the duration of the entire guests’ stay will be taken at time of booking.
IMN’s room block at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is currently fully committed. Pending hotel availability, rooms can be booked outside of the block directly with the venue, at the hotel’s best available rate. IMN is keeping a waiting list in case there are any shifts in hotel availability or requests for attendee cancellations. To be placed on that waiting list, please email Jill Rowe at Jill.Rowe@imn.org with the name(s) of the person/people to be added to the waiting list, email address(es), requested check in date(s) and requested check out date(s). We recommend that you make alternative arrangements in the meantime, as we cannot guarantee availability will open up at the Fairmont, at the IMN rate.
