In his role as Executive Vice President, Radian Real Estate Management, Tim Reilly oversees Radian’s real estate services, including valuations, real estate owned (REO), single-family rental (SFR) and technology platforms. Mr. Reilly’s 30+year career includes executive positions in the mortgage and real estate services industry with banks, servicers, and providers, including Radian, Green River Capital, Clayton, Bank United, Deutsche Bank, Impac and ABN-AMRO. Throughout his career, he has been active in industry associations, and worked closely with the FDIC during the last financial crisis as vital consumer relief programs were being implemented.   As an executive with Clayton, Mr. Reilly oversaw the surveillance and diligence for thousands of RMBS transactions.  As president of Green River, Mr. Reilly oversaw the management and disposition of single-family residential properties owned by GSEs, banks, and private investors.  Since the inception of the single-family rental asset class a decade ago, Mr. Reilly has been on the ground floor to the evolving industry working on the IH-DB inaugural single-borrower deal, to the inception of the first multi-borrower deals, to the GSE’s pilots into the SFR space, all while being involved with valuations/diligence services for the vast majority of the SFR warehouse lines and single-borrower securitizations which have come to market throughout the last 10 years.
