Steven Walters serves as our Head of Client Success, overseeing client onboarding, account management, and client support to ensure an effortless experience for our clients and their residents. With a deep background in the property management industry and a strong commitment to client satisfaction, Steven leads a team that prioritizes seamless transitions and ongoing support.

Before joining Citizen Home Solutions in February of this year, Steven spent six years at Renters Warehouse Corporate from 2011 to 2017 and nearly seven years at Second Nature, honing his expertise in post-sales client success and property management solutions.

Hailing from Minnesota, Steven is married and a proud father of two daughters who are passionate about dance. His involvement extends beyond the office as he actively participates in their dance studio's "dancing dads" group. When he is not crafting customer success strategies, you can find him perfecting ballet buns or showcasing his dance moves on stage with fellow dads.

In addition to his professional and dance commitments, Steven is an avid sports enthusiast, enjoying both playing and watching a variety of sports. Balancing his professional responsibilities with his family life and hobbies keeps him energized and motivated to continuously improve the client experience at our company.
