Phillip Burton is an accomplished business leader with over two decades of experience in strategic partnerships, sales, and operations. As the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at PF&TCO,  Phillip is dedicated to driving value, trust, collaboration, and transparency in all relationships.  He focuses on fostering educational and growth opportunities that deliver increased ROI for customers, building sustainable partnerships that contribute significantly to the bottom line.

Before joining PF&TCO, Phillip held the position of Senior Director of National Sales at Interior Logic Group, where he was responsible for developing SFR sales, leading a remote team and driving substantial growth over eight years. Prior to that, he was the Principal of Project Colorize, a firm providing comprehensive interior and exterior design services, bid management, and budgeting support to clients in the Phoenix area.

With a proven track record of developing and maintaining new client relationships,  Phillip has excelled in leadership roles across various companies, including Wilkinson Floor Covering and Heritage Interiors, where he successfully established new divisions and grew revenue. His early career in business development with Redi Carpet Sales of Arizona, J.R. McDade, and TD Waterhouse Securities provided a strong foundation in account management, sales, and team leadership.

Passionate about creating win-win partnerships, Phillip prioritizes transparency in business operations, believing that “how” business is done is just as important as “what” is done. Over the past 23 years, he has cultivated deep relationships with colleagues and clients, making meaningful contributions to the flooring and tile industry.
