Mark has represented a myriad of both institutional investors and private capital players on conventional apartment transactions within the Metro Phoenix marketplace as well as other parts of Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico. He also possesses a proven track record in land brokerage and development; this full understanding of the development process is uncommon in the ranks of multifamily advisors. In addition, since 2015 Mark has been one of Berkadia’s leaders in the sale of SFR/BTR in both Arizona and throughout the nation having brokered more than 35 SFR/BTR transactions.
Over the past several years Mark has teamed up with Ric Holway, Dan Cheyne and Andrew Curtis on the sale of over 30,000 units and multiple land sale transactions.
Mark is married to Pauline Espinosa Forrester and has a daughter, Megan.
