Beyond his professional pursuits, Leo is deeply dedicated to community engagement; he actively volunteers with various non-profit organizations and serves as a guest lecturer and board member of the Real Estate Advisory at ASU's W.P. Carey School of Business. In honor of his mother, he founded an endowed scholarship aimed at empowering women in real estate.
