John R. Bradford, III, is an experienced entrepreneur and CEO. He is a professional property manager with a demonstrated history of solving business problems for the property management industry and is also involved in state government. He is the founder of two different companies, Park Avenue Properties and PetScreening, which were both started from the ground-up. PetScreening has been nationally recognized three years in a row as one of the fastest-growing privately owned companies in the United States. John is currently serving his 4th term in the NC House of Representatives. He serves in House leadership as a Senior Chairman of the Finance Committee and is the Chairman of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Committee. John graduated from Clemson University in 1996 with Honors and a B.S. in Engineering. In 2000, he obtained an Executive MBA from the University of Memphis. John has been married for 23 years to his high school sweetheart, Shea. Together, they have four children - Jack, Molly, Sophie, and Macy; they also have two fur babies - Berkeley, and Bob, the rescue cat. In his spare time, he likes to fish, camp and travel with his family.
