Harry Varelas serves as Head of Trades/Capital Markets at Roc360, a leading financial service platform for residential real estate investors. In this capacity, Harry is responsible for overseeing all trading related functions across both Bridge and Term products. Additionally, Harry holds a seat on the Roc360’s Credit Committee focusing on the credit approval process for all Term loan Business.
Prior to joining Roc360 in 2019, Harry was an Associate at JP Morgan where he worked on the CMBS and residential whole loan valuation team on the Structured Product Group desk. Harry earned a degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Economics from Babson University.
