Greg Shron is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Center Creek Capital Group and Center Creek Homes. Greg came to Center Creek after a long and rewarding stint as an exec at EYA, the leading infill residential developer in the Washington, DC metro region. Early in his career, Greg also worked as studio director for a boutique residential architecture firm in Northern Virginia.

With over 25 years of experience in residential and mixed-use design, construction and project management, as well as expertise in affordable/mixed-income housing, construction costs and practices, risk mitigation and regulatory approvals, Greg has played a key role in the development of 3,000+ units in over 25 communities. Greg is a registered architect in Maryland and Virginia and a member of the American Institute of Architects, and holds Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Architecture degrees from McGill University.
