Ewan Tanner oversees capital markets and investment management for NexMetro Communities, the leading national developer of luxury leased home neighborhoods with more than 50 projects in major metro areas across the nation. The more than $2.6B investment started when the company was formed in 2012.

Ewan leads risk evaluation and collaborates with the Development teams and Asset Management teams on the underwriting, due diligence and risk evaluation of all potential BTR rental investments. He guides and collaborates with internal teams and myriad industry partners on acquiring and structuring debt and securing equity investment for all assets in the NexMetro portfolio. His contributions to strategic planning and the implementation of business intelligence and other key performance indicator tracking are pivotal to enhancing asset performance and maximizing investor returns.
