Devin Boesen is the Director of CENSAI, Population Intelligence, at i360, a Koch Industries company. CENSAI utilizes proprietary data to track migration and demographic trends across the United States, helping to inform real estate decision-making.

Before her current role as Director of CENSAI, Devin served as the Commercial Analytics Manager, leading a team of analysts in developing products and solutions for clients outside of Koch Industries.

Previously, Mrs. Boesen was the Head of Market Coordination for Saxo Bank, a Danish investment bank specializing in online trading and investing for clients worldwide. Before her time at Saxo Bank, she worked at Danske Bank in Consumer Insights, focusing on retail banking consumers and reshaping strategy.

Devin holds an undergraduate degree with honors in Economics from Duquesne University and a master’s degree in Economics from George Mason University, where she was a fellow at The Mercatus Center.
