David is the Managing Principal and Co-Founder of Stone View Holdings. David responsibilities include overseeing acquisitions and asset management of SVH’s build-for-rent portfolio. David has a diverse real estate background having worked on the fund, sponsor, and lender side prior to starting Stone View with his father in 2021. David earned a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Master in Real Estate from Cornell University.
