With over 35 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur and more than 25 years as an accredited private investor, Vyacheslav has consistently demonstrated his ability to create value and deliver strong returns for his clients and partners.

Since 2016, Vyacheslav has been actively involved in real estate investing or managing all-time portfolio of more than 7,000 multifamily units across 40 properties in fast-growing markets like Texas. His expertise extends to deal structuring, financial management, and raising equity, and he has participated in high-profile real estate projects, including the Leander Springs Development—a 78-acre mixed-use project in Leander, Texas, featuring 1,600 multifamily units, a hotel, and retail spaces. He successfully exited this project in 2021.

Prior to founding Sunrise Capital Group, Vyacheslav held senior leadership roles at top financial institutions, including Renaissance Capital and Fleming Family & Partners, where he managed wealth for high-net-worth clients, overseeing $450 million in assets.

Vyacheslav’s academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master’s degree in Engineering Physics from the National Research Nuclear University in Moscow.
