Mr. Bartlett is a Los Angeles based residential fund manager, entrepreneur and luxury flipper. He’s been invested in residential real estate since 1997. He founded FlipGreat in 2017 where he invests his own capital to flip million dollar homes for Sellers who can’t do it themselves. He also runs Hermosa Associates where he buys, redevelops and sells luxury homes.

Previously he managed the profitable flip of  MFR and SFR properties in Sequoia Real Estate Partners Pacific Value Opportunities Funds I and II. 

His work has been profiled by the Wall Street Journal, Fox Business, and the Los Angeles Business Journal. In early 2005 he accurately predicted the residential real estate crash. 

Mr. Bartlett has an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management.
